Ordering FAQ

A few practical details before you choose a photograph or a piece from the studio.

How do I choose a print?

Start with a photograph you would enjoy living with. Choose the size and frame on its product page, then check the selected image, price and options before adding it to your cart. The All Prints is a simple place to start.

What do the print measurements mean?

Image size, paper size and the outer dimensions of a frame are different measurements. The size selector lists the product’s print-size option; it should not be used as the outer frame measurement. If you are fitting an existing frame or a precise space, ask me to confirm the paper, visible image and outer frame dimensions for your chosen option before ordering.

Which paper and frames do you use?

The photographs are printed with archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm, a matte cotton fine-art paper. Natural oak, black and white solid-wood frames are offered where shown on the product page. Read more about paper, framing and mats.

Can I request a mat, another paper or a different size?

Yes—please contact me before ordering so I can check the options and confirm the price. A request in an order note does not change the production specification. Standard framed options are supplied without a mat unless the product states otherwise.

How do I choose my clothing size?

Use the size and fit guide for that particular garment. Most charts list body measurements; the cropped hoodie chart lists flat garment measurements. The size guide explains how to measure.

When will my order arrive?

Items are made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages, and timing varies with the product and destination. Shipping charges and available services appear at checkout. Please read the shipping policy, and contact me before ordering if you need something for a particular date. Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate parcels.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact me as soon as possible with your order number. I will check whether a change is still possible before production. Your applicable cancellation and consumer rights are unaffected.

What if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please email your order number and photographs of the item and packaging to andreassmithj@gmail.com so I can investigate. Keep the packaging while we resolve the issue, and contact me before sending anything back. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Can I return an item?

Please read the returns policy and contact me for help with your order. Any statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights that apply to your purchase remain in place.

Are the colours and room images exact?

Screens and room lighting can change how colours appear. Styled product and room images illustrate the design and presentation; use the product’s measurements and specifications when deciding what to order.

How do I get in touch?
